Before reading this book I believed that abuse was just physical. As I began reading, going over the things I've gone through in relationships of my own, I realized that there was alot more to abuse than hitting. Again the author shares her personal experiences, things that gave her the strength to get out and guidance for others who are trying to get out themselves. Great read!!!
